1. Account Registration and Roles

MaintainX provides tailored experiences based on user roles, including but not limited to Builders, Buyers, Residents, Society Admins, Security Personnel, and Vendors.

Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information upon registration. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

Role Permissions: Access to certain modules, data, and features is restricted by your assigned role and the permissions granted by the Society Admin or Builder.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans: MaintainX offers various subscription plans (e.g., Starter, Growth, Pro) tailored to builder and society management needs. Features, limits (such as units, projects, or staff), and AI credits are governed by the specific plan you subscribe to.

Billing: You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan in a timely manner. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or plan features upon providing prior notice to active subscribers.

3. Platform Usage and Restrictions

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

Use the platform in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law.

Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform.

Use the platform to transmit any unsolicited advertising or promotional material (spam).

Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Platform, the servers, or any databases connected to the Platform.

4. Community Feed and User-Generated Content

MaintainX may feature a community feed or similar interaction tools.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content, comments, and media you post.

Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

Moderation: We, as well as designated Society Admins, reserve the right to review, report, hide, or delete any content or block users that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of [Insert Company Name] and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. AI Features and Tools

Disclaimer: AI-generated outputs are provided for convenience and should be verified for accuracy by the user before being finalised or relied upon.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
